Location :Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan
Project Type :1GW Wind Power Generation Project
Environment :Desert · High UV Exposure · Wind & Dust Conditions
Corrosion Spec :HDG 85μm+ · Outdoor Powder Coating · Heavy-Duty Support System
Project Overview
A large-scale wind power project located in the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan, covering the Bash and Dzhankeldy wind farm areas. The project involved extensive cable routing infrastructure for power transmission, turbine auxiliary systems, substations, and communication networks across wide desert installation zones.
The cable management system was designed to withstand severe outdoor exposure, temperature fluctuations, dust accumulation, and long-distance utility routing requirements while supporting fast-track renewable energy construction schedules.
Project Challenges
- Harsh desert climate with strong UV exposure and wind-driven dust
- Long-distance outdoor cable routing between turbine groups and substations
- Large-scale installation coordination across multiple construction zones
- Requirement for durable corrosion protection under exposed environmental conditions
- Need for efficient logistics and reduced field modification during installation
What We Delivered
Cable ladder systems, heavy-duty support structures, and outdoor cable containment solutions were supplied for wind turbine platforms, substations, and utility routing corridors.
- HDG 85um+ cable ladder systems for outdoor exposed installations
- Reinforced support systems designed for wind load and long-span routing conditions
- Outdoor powder-coated systems for selected equipment and service areas
- Prefabricated bends, tees, risers, and expansion fittings supplied for rapid assembly
- Grounding and bonding accessories provided as part of the complete package
The modular system configuration improved installation efficiency across distributed project areas and reduced on-site fabrication requirements during construction.
