Project Overview
A large-scale wind energy project developed in the Aktobe Region of Kazakhstan, consisting of multiple high-capacity wind turbines and associated power transmission infrastructure. The project supports Kazakhstan’s renewable energy development strategy and provides stable green energy generation for regional industrial demand.
The installation environment included strong wind exposure, severe winter conditions, large open-area routing requirements, and long-distance infrastructure coordination across the wind farm.
Project Challenges
- Extreme temperature variations and severe winter conditions
- Long-distance outdoor cable routing across the wind farm
- High wind exposure and open-field installation environment
- Coordination between turbine foundations, substations, and utility systems
- Reduced on-site fabrication requirements under tight EPC schedules
What We Delivered
Cable ladder and support systems were supplied for wind turbine infrastructure, substation routing, power transmission support, and auxiliary utility installations throughout the project.
- HDG 85um+ systems for outdoor wind farm installations
- Heavy-duty ladder systems for main power cable routing
- Perforated tray systems for control and communication cabling
- Support structures, splice connections, and directional fittings supplied as a complete package
- Grounding and bonding systems integrated into the installation configuration
The modular design improved installation coordination efficiency and minimized field adjustment work across multiple turbine installation zones.
