Project Overview
A utility-scale photovoltaic power generation project developed in the coastal region of Hainan, China. The project required outdoor cable management systems for photovoltaic arrays, inverter stations, transformer areas, and power transmission infrastructure operating under long-term coastal exposure conditions.
The installation environment combined high UV exposure, salt-laden coastal air, high humidity, and large-scale outdoor infrastructure routing requirements.
Project Challenges
- Coastal salt spray and high-humidity exposure
- Large-area outdoor cable routing coordination
- UV exposure and long-term environmental durability requirements
- Integration between PV arrays, inverter systems, and substations
- Fast-track installation requirements across multiple construction zones
What We Delivered
Cable ladder and perforated tray systems were supplied for photovoltaic infrastructure, inverter stations, power transmission routing, and auxiliary utility installations throughout the project.
- HDG 85μm+ systems for outdoor solar infrastructure installations
- Heavy-duty ladder systems for main DC and AC power cable routing
- Perforated tray systems for control and communication cabling
- Support brackets, directional fittings, and splice systems supplied as a complete package
- Grounding and bonding accessories integrated into the system layout
The modular installation design reduced field adjustment work and improved construction coordination efficiency across the solar plant.
