Project Overview
A large-scale vinyl new materials production facility in China, with an annual output of 300,000 tons. Chemical processing plants present one of the most demanding environments for cable management — continuous exposure to corrosive agents, complex plant layouts with high cable density, and strict safety requirements across different process zones. A single-material solution was not viable; different areas of the facility required different levels of corrosion protection matched to the local chemical exposure conditions.

What We Delivered
A multi-material cable tray system was supplied across the facility, with hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel 316, and specialist coating systems applied according to the corrosion exposure level of each installation zone. The flexible system configuration accommodated the complex routing requirements of the plant layout, with a complete package of supports, fittings, and accessories supplied to reduce field fabrication and support safe, organized cable management throughout the facility.
